1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DailyDish Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of service

DailyDish Studio lets authorized members of The Daily Dish team connect a TikTok account, upload videos, and schedule or publish them using TikTok's Content Posting API.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload and publish, and for ensuring it complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. TikTok account connection

Connecting your TikTok account is optional and reversible. You may disconnect at any time from the Accounts page, which immediately revokes our ability to publish on your behalf.

You remain subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service for any content published to your TikTok account.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep DailyDish Studio available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled posts may be delayed by factors outside our control, including TikTok platform availability.

6. Limitation of liability

DailyDish Studio is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DailyDish Studio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
