Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information you provide directly, such as your name and email address, when you create a DailyDish Studio account.

TikTok account information shared when you connect your TikTok account, limited to your TikTok display name, avatar, and a token that lets us publish videos on your behalf.

Content you upload, including videos, captions, and scheduling details you create inside the dashboard.

2. How we use TikTok data

We use your basic TikTok profile information solely to show you which account you are posting to inside the dashboard.

We use publishing permissions solely to upload and publish videos you have explicitly created and approved through the Create page.

We do not use TikTok data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the publishing feature itself (for example, sending your approved video to TikTok's API).

3. How we store data

Video files and metadata are stored on secure cloud infrastructure, accessible only to your organization's DailyDish Studio account.

TikTok access tokens are stored encrypted and are never displayed in full within the dashboard.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data and media library for as long as your account remains active.

Scheduled and published post records are retained to give you a history of what has been posted and when.

5. Disconnecting and deleting your data

You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from the Accounts page. Disconnecting immediately deletes your stored TikTok access token and stops any further publishing.

To request deletion of your account, media library, and post history, contact us using the email address below. We will confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
